to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to amend
article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled, Wash-
ington county, by amending and re-enacting certain sections
and adding thereto further sections;

to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to change the
name of John Francis Stack, of Caroline county, to John
Rumbold Stack;
