closed, and on her failure to do so it shall and may
be lawful for any person or persons to whose in-
gress and egress through the said road, to the
place or places of his, her or their residence, may
if necessary cause the same to be re-opened, and
to charge the necessary expense attendant thereon
to the said Mrs. Margaret Sherwood, and to sue
for and recover the same by action at law against
her and her husband, before a Justice of the Peace
of Talbot county; or in case the amount of said
expense shall exceed the jurisdiction of a Justice
of the Peace, then before the Circuit Court of
Talbot county. |

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Article eight, of the Code of Public Local Laws
for Cecil county, relating to fences. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That sections 91, 92, 93, 94, 95,
of the Code of Public Local Laws for Cecil coun-
ty, relating to fences, be and the same are hereby
repealed. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. |
