lishment of a Police Force for the City of Balti-
more, and to re-enact with amendments, and to
enact the additional sections, eight hundred and
twenty-three, eight hundred and twenty-four,
eight hundred and twenty-five and eight hun-
dred and twenty-six.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections eight hundred and
six, eight hundred and seven, eight hundred and
eight, eight hundred and nine, eight hundred and
ten, eight hundred and eleven, eight hundred and
twelve, eight hundred and thirteen, eight hundred
and fourteen, eight hundred and fifteen, eight
hundred and sixteen, eight hundred and seven-
teen, eight hundred and eighteen, eight hundred
and nineteen, eight hundred and twenty, eight
hundred and twenty-one and eight hundred and
twenty-two, of Article four of the Code Public
Local Laws of the City of Baltimore, and chapter
one hundred and thirty-one, passed at December
session, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, entitled,
an Act to repeal sections eight hundred and six,
eight hundred and seven, eight hundred and nine,
eight hundred and ten, eight hundred and eleven,
eight hundred and fifteen and eight hundred and
twenty-one of the fourth Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws relating to Baltimore and the
organization of a Board of Police therefor, and to
re-enact the same with amendments the additional
sections adopted by the Act of the General Assem-
bly passed at the session of eighteen hundred, and
sixty-four, chapter forty-two, the additional sec-
tions adopted by the Act of the same session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter two hun-
dred and forty-four, and the Act of the session of
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter forty-six,
for the establishment of a Police Force for the City
of Baltimore be, and the same are hereby repeal-
ed, and sections eight hundred and six, eight hun-
dred and seven, eight hundred and eight, eight
hundred and nine, eight hundred and ten, eight
hundred and eleven, eight hundred and twelve,
