AN ACT to repeal sections eight hundred and six,
eight hundred and seven, eight hundred and
eight, eight hundred and nine, eight hundred
and ten, eight hundred and eleven, eight hun-
dred and twelve, eight hundred and thirteen,
eight hundred and fourteen, eight hundred and
fifteen, eight hundred and sixteen, eight hun-
dred and seventeen, eight hundred and eighteen.
eight hundred and nineteen, eight hundred and
twenty, eight hundred and twenty-one and eight
hundred and twenty-two of article four, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of the City of
Baltimore, and chapter one hundred and thirty,
one, passed at the December Session of eighteen
hundred and sixty-one, entitled, an Act to re-
peal sections eight hundred and six, eight hun-
dred and seven, eight hundred and nine, eight
hundred and ten, eight hundred and eleven,
eight hundred and fifteen, and eight hundred
and twenty-one of the fourth article of the Code
of Public Local Laws, relating to Baltimore City,
and the organization of a Board of Police therefor
and to re-enact the same, with amendments, the
additional sections adopted by the Act of the
General Assembly, passed at the session of
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter forty-
two, the additional sections adopted by the Act
of the same, session of eighteen hundred and
