the salary of the Clerk to the Treasurer, fif-
teen hundred dollars; for the salary of the Pri-
vate Secretary to the Governor, one thousand
dollars; for the Commissioner of the Land Office,
two thousand dollars; for the salary of the State
Librarian, fifteen hundred dollars; for the Assist-
ant Librarian, four hundred dollars in addition to
the six hundred dollars now allowed out of the
contingent fund, for the Library; for the salary of
the State Superintendent of Public Instruction,
twenty-five hundred dollars.

JUDICIARY.

Judiciary.

For the salary of the five Judges of the Court
of Appeals, three thousand dollars each, fifteen
thousand dollars; for the salaries of the Judges
of the first twelve Circuits of this State, twenty-five
hundred dollars each, thirty thousand dollars; for
the salary of the Judge of the Superior Court of
Baltimore city, three thousand dollars; for the
salary of the Judge of the Court of Common Pleas
of Baltimore city, for the salary of the Judge
of the Criminal Court of Baltimore city, three
thousand dollars; for the salary of the Judge
of the Circuit Court for Baltimore city, three
thousand dollars; for the salary of the Attor-
ney General, twenty-five hundred dollars; for
Special Judge, appointed in pursuance of sec-
tion eight of article four of the Constitution, five
thousand dollars; for commissions to Attorneys.
five thousand dollars; to the Sheriff and Crier of
the Court of Appeals, fifteen hundred dollars; for
the Salary of the State Reporter, nine hundred
dollars; for the State's subscription to two hun-
dred copies of the two volumes of the Decisions
of the Court of Appeals, twenty-four hundred dol-
lars, or so much thereof as may be necessary
therefor.

MILITIA.

Militia.

For the salary of the Adjutant General of Militia,
two thousand dollars; to the Armorer at Easton,
three hundred dollars; to the Armorer at Frederick,
three hundred dollars; for the payment of pen-
