AN ACT appropriating a sum of money to pay the
claims of David Plummer, W. H. Neilson, Pow-
vis & Co., Joseph Logsden, of E., James War-
den, trustee, Alexander. Wooldford, Josiah
Showell, John B. Graham, Elijah S. Maddux,
administrator of J. F. Taylor, W. L. Clarke,
T. J. Wilson, J. H. Merrill, John C. Walsh,
Samuel P. Smith, O. H. Ohr, W. H. Morgan,
Dodson Ford and Haddaway, Frederick Cash-
myer, J. E. Davis and John Need.

Appropria-
tions,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he
is hereby directed to issued his warrant on the
Treasurer to pay to David Plummer, the sum of
three hundred dollars, State Bounty; W. H. Neil-
son the sum of one hundred and seventy-eight dol-
lars and twenty-five cents, for advertising Consti-
tutional Amendment by direction of the Executive;
Purvis & Go., the sum of one hundred and forty-
two dollars and fifty cents, to reimburse them for
State taxes paid in error; Joseph Logsden, of E.,
late Collector of taxes of Allegany County, the sum
of one hundred and six dollars and sixty-three
cents, to reimburse him for moneys erroneously
paid into the Treasury; James Warden, trustee,
the sum of nincty-fivo dollars, to re-imbursed him
for State taxes paid in error; Alexander Woldford
late Collector of State taxes in Dorchester County,
the sum of sixty-three dollars and thirty-seven
cents, to reimburse him for moneys erroneously
paid into the Treasury; Josiah Showell, late Col-
lector of State taxes in Worcester County, the sum
of forty-three dollars and twenty-two cents, to re-
imburse him for moneys erroneously paid into the
Treasury; John B. Graham, late Collector of State
taxes in Cecil County, the sum of twenty-six dol-
lars and forty-eight cents, to reimburse him for
moneys erroneously paid into the Treasury; Elijah
S. Maddox, administrator of. F. Taylor, decensed,
of Worcester County, the sum of twenty-four dol-
lars and twenty cents, to reimburse him for moneys
