for publishing notice to voters of the State for twen-
ty-eight dollars and fifty cents, as per order of the
Executive Department; T. J. Wilson, for printing
Joint Resolutions for fifteen dollars, as per order
of the Executive Department; J. H. Merrill, of
Worcester County, fifteen dollars for County Levy
erroneously paid into the Treasurer; John C.
Wash, late Collector of State taxes, the sum of six-
teen dollars and twenty-five cents, to reimburse
him for moneys erroneously paid into the Treasury;
Samuel P. Smith., for services on Joint Committee
to Congress thirty dollars, as per order Senate; C.
H. Ohr, to services on Joint Committee to Con-
gress, thirty dollars as per order Senate; W. H.
Morgan, late Collector of State taxes in Harford
County the sum of six dollars and ninety-four cents
to reimburse for moneys erroneously paid into the
Treasury; Dodson, Ford & Haddaway, to publish-
ing Constitutional amendment, fifteen dollars and
fifty cents as per order; Francis Cashmeyer, of
Baltimore city, for Oyster House license, the sum
of thirty-eight dollars and twenty-five cents to re-
imburse him for moneys erroneously paid into the
Treasury; and James E. Davis, late Collector of
State taxes, Baltimore, two dollars and fifty-six
cents, to reimburse him for moneys erroneously
paid into the Treasury; John Need, erroneously
paid fifty dollars on a Billiard Table license into
the Treasury.

Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to incorporate the "Mutual Life In-
surance Company of Allegany County."
