AN ACT to incorporate the ''Baltimore Marine
Sectional Dock Company."

Incorporated.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That John J. Abrahams, James
A. Hooper, Woodward Abrahams, A. S. Knight,
R. K. Hawley, William H. Abrahams, and their
associates and successors, are hereby constituted a
body corporate by the name of "The Baltimore
Marine Sectional Dock Company," and by that
name shall have succession and be capable in law
to sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, an-
swer and be answered, defend and be defended in
all courts of law and equity or elsewhere, to make
and use a common seal, and the same to alter and
renew at pleasure, and generally to perform all
things relative to the object of this corporation,
which now is or shall be lawful for any individual
or body politic or corporate to do.

Capital Stock.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the capital stock
of the said company shall be one hundred and
fifty thousand dollars, and may be increased to
any sum not exceeding two hundred thousand dol-
lars, to be divided into shares of one hundred
dollars each, and the said company may organize
and commence business when fifty thousand dol-
lars are subscribed and paid in. The said stock
shall be considered personal property and shall be
transferable on the books of said company.

Directors.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the business of
said company shall be managed by five directors,
who shall be stockholders and chosen annually by
ballot, each stockholder shall be entitled to one
