AN ACT to change the name of Doctor Andrew
Dunlap Palmer to Andrew Johnson Palmer, of
Baltimore city.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the name of Andrew Dunlap
Palmer be and the same is hereby changed to An-
drew Johnson Palmer.

take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 275.

AN ACT to change the name of Fanny Hyde
Beach to that of Fanny Tabb Brewer.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That from and after the passage of
this Act the name of Fanny Hyde Beach shall be
and the same is hereby changed to that of Fanny
Tabb Brewer.

AN ACT entitled "an Act to repeal Sections sev-enty-three,
seventy-seven) eighty-two, ninety,
ninety-one and ninety-two, of the Act of eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-six, Chapter forty-seven,
relating to the town of Frostburg, in Allegany
County, and re-enact the same with amendments
and also to add an additional Section thereto.
