WHEREAS, At the January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-five, of the General Assembly
of Maryland, and by the ninth chapter of the
laws then passed, a charter was conferred upon
the Union Orphan Assylum of Baltimore city,
which charter has been found to be unsuited to
the purposes and needs of the corporation and it
has been deemed expedient to alter its provisions;
therefore, |
