AN ACT to incorporate the Trustees of the Wes-
ley Chapel Episcopal Methodist Church at Reis-
terstown, Baltimore county. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That William Dwyer, Johnsey
Gardner, Jesse L. Bennett, Thomas K. Haughey,
Elias C. Stocksdale, John H. Gore, Daniel B.
Banks and Andrew Banks, and their successors
duly elected as hereinafter provided, be and they
are hereby incorporated as a body politic, under
the name of " the Wesley Chapel Episcopal
Church at Reisterstown, Baltimore county," with
power to sue and be sued, to make a common seal,
and change the same, to pass by-laws, to elect
officers, and to hold real estate, not exceeding
five thousand dollars in value, and to provide for
the manner and time of the election of their offi-
cers, and the qualification of electors. |

SECTION 2. Be it enacted, That the church pro-
perty in Reisterstown now held by and for and
used by the said Wesley Chapel Episcopal Metho-
dist Church, be and is hereby vested in the said
Trustees hereby incorporated. |

take effect from its passage. |
