Act shall proceed in the mode prescribed by the
original Act to give notice of the time and place
appointed by them for the subscribers to meet and
organize said Company, according to the provi-
sions of the original Act, to which this Act is a
supplement. |

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said
Directory shall construct said road commencing at
the junction of the Liberty road with the Woods-
boro' and Frederick Turnpike road, and construct
the same so far as the intersection of the Frederick
and Liberty road with the old Annapolis road, in
the village of Mount Pleasant, and no further than
the intersection of the Frederick and Liberty road
with the New Market road, in the same manner
as provided for in the original Act to which this
Act is a supplement. |

Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That as soon
as the said road shall be completed according to
the provisions of the foregoing section, the Presi-
dent and Managers shall notify the Governor who
shall appoint three skillful persons to examine
said road, and if their report be favorable, the Gov-
ernor shall issue his license and authorize the said
Company to erect toll gates, and to charge such
tolls per mile as is or are allowed by the Act to
which this Act is a supplement. |

Sec. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act
shall take effect from the date of its passage.
