use all the rights,, privileges, franchises and pow-
ers incident to such corporations. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That the said corpo-
ration shall be capable of taking and holding real
and personal estate, not exceeding in value the
sum of twenty thousand dollars. |

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That said corporation
shall not be permitted to issue any note, token, de-
vice or scrip or other evidence of debt to be issued
as currency. |

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That said corporation
shall have power to make by-laws for its government
and to alter and amend the same at pleasure; pro-
vided, they do not conflict with the Constitution
and Laws of the United States, of the State of
Maryland, or of the laws of the Grand Lodge of
Maryland. |

Sec. 5. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, and that
the Legislature reserves to itself the right to alter
and amend this Act of incorporation at pleasure. |

Mission of St. Vincent de Paul of the city of
Baltimore. |

WHEREAS, Joseph Guistiniani, Francis Bur-
lando, Hypolito Gondolfo have resolved to form
themselves into an association for religions, liter-
ary and charitable purposes, to be known as "The
Congregation of the Mission of St. Vincent de
Paul, of the city of Baltimore," and with that
view have purchased a lot of ground in fee simple
fronting on Mosher street, between Ross street and
Division street, in said city of Baltimore, upon
which they have already erected a church and res-
idence, and intend) as soon as their means will |
