Covenant.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That all deeds here-
after made to married women of real estate or
chatties real) it shall be competent for the grantee
or lessee to bind herself and her assigns, by any
covenant running with or relating to said real
estate or chatties real, the same as if she were a
femme sole.

In force.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted. That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

AN ACT entitled, an Act to incorporate Mount
Moriah Lodge, number one hundred and sixteen,
of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons.

Incorpora-
tion.

SECTION 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That John Wright, Lewis H.
Wheeler, William H. Ruby, William M. Isaac,
Robert C. McGinin, Charles R. Chew, Robert H.
Thompson, William S. Keech, John F. Conrey,
John M. Wheeler, Jolin T. Ensor, Jolin R. D.
Bedford, Edward Rider, Jr., Harrison Rider, Wil-
liam H. Cockey, George B. Cockey, Thomas Dix-
on, Elias Welty, Radcliffe Bridge, Emmanuel
Buckley, Henry L. Bowen, Sylvester Bowen,
George Reis, Samuel J. Buckman, John E. Por-
ter, J. Morris Watkins and J. Nelson Wisner,
and other members and officers of Mount Moriah
Lodge, number one hundred and sixteen, of An-
cient, Free and Accepted Masons, working under
charter from the Grand Lodge of Maryland, and
their successors be and they are hereby incorpo-
rated and made a body politic and corporate by
the name and number of Mount Moriah Lodge,
number one hundred and sixteen, of Ancient, Free
and Accepted Masons of the State of Maryland,
and by that name may have succession, sue and
be sued, and have a common seal, and the same at
their pleasure alter, and be entitled to have and
