Reported it with the following amendments :

In title, in line 3, after the word "Baltimore," strike out
the words "and the additional articles adopted by the Act of
the General Assembly passed at the session of 1860, chapter
6, the additional sections adopted by the Act of the General
Assembly at the session of 1860, chapter 46," and insert in
lieu thereof, the words "and chapter 131, passed at the De-
cember session of 1861 entitled, an Act to repeal sections 806,
807, 809, 810, 811, 815, and 821 of the 4th article of
the Code of Public Local Laws relating to Baltimore, and the
organization of a Board of Police therefor, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and in line 10, strike out after the
word "and," the words "the third section of; in line 13, after
the word "amendment," insert the words "and to enact the
additional sections 823, 824, 825 and 826.

Section 1, line 3, after the word "Baltimore," strike out

in line 14 and 15, same section, strike out the figures "823,"
the word "and," and the figures "824."

Section 1, in line 16, after the word "amendments," in*
sert the words additional sections 823, 824, 825 and 826.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to which was
referred the bill entitled, an Act to enable the Directors of
the Maryland Institution for the instruction of the blind, to
complete and render fit for occupation the building now in
course of erection in Baltimore county ;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second, and by special order
the third time, three-fourths concurring, and passed by yeas
and nays as follow:
