R. A. Clarke and James H. Alvey, Tax Col-

into the Treasury for the years 1844 and 1845. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be, and he is
hereby directed, to issue his warrant upon the
Treasurer, to pay R. A. Clarke, five dollars and
eighteen cents, and James H. Alvey, fifteen dol-
lars and seventy-one cents, the amount due them
for over payment into the Treasury. |
