Parvis for the recovery on said Bond of the State
claim, on the payment by the Administrator of
said Parvis, of all costs attendant on the prosecu-
tion of the same.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after the day of its passage.

CHAPTER 80.

AN ACT to appropriate a such of money to pay
R. A. Clarke and James H. Alvey, Tax Col-
lectors of St. Mary's county, for over payment
into the Treasury for the years 1844 and 1845.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be, and he is
hereby directed, to issue his warrant upon the
Treasurer, to pay R. A. Clarke, five dollars and
eighteen cents, and James H. Alvey, fifteen dol-
lars and seventy-one cents, the amount due them
for over payment into the Treasury.

AN ACT to refund to Singleton L. Townshend of
Allegany County, Maryland, a certain sum of
