Directors of the Carroll Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore;

A bill entitled, an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Kent county, to convey to Isaac Parsons and others
of said county, a portion of Old Crews Landing, near the
mouth of Sassafras Rive;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to refund to L. T. Hyatt, certain
sum of money erroneously paid into the State Treasury;
Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act appropriating the sum of sixty-one
dollars and nineteen cents, to pay the costs recoverable from
the State, by the appellees in the cases of the State of Mary-
land vs. Jno. Hartley, surviving obligor of Jas. Twigg and
others; and State of Maryland vs. Jonathan Hendrickson and
others, said cases being appeals from the Circuit Court of
Allegany county;
