tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne's county, to subscribe in behalf of said
county, to the capital stock of the Queen Anne's and Kent
county Railroad Company, and to repeal chapter 165, of the
law passed at January session, 1866;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to compensate Col. E. M. Mobley
for the loss of a horse in the service of the Military Agency;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal the Act of 1865, chapter
174, entitled, an Act relating to the registration of the voters
of the State, and to enact other provisions relative to the
registration of voters in lieu thereof;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to revive and extend an Act to in-
corporate the Worcester Railroad Company, passed at the
January session 1853, with amendments;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

And returned the following bills :

A bill entitled, an Act to authorize Frederick Sasscer, Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Prince George's county, to transcribe
or have transcribed, the old Chancery Docket in his office
from September term, 1803, to November term, 1851, in the
manner and form prescribed by law;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

With amendments;

Which were read and adopted.
