Amend title by inserting "Allegany, Frederick, Prince
George's Hariord, Baltimore, Talbot, Caroline and Cecil,"
after the word "Carroll;"

Which was read and adopted.

Mr. Brodwater submitted the following amendment:

Amend by inserting Worcester county;

Which was read and adopted.

The bill was then ordered to be engrossed for a third read-
ing.
