38 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINS [Jan. 14, to report a bill, to provide for the marking of Cattle passing Mr. Henkle moved a call of the Senate. The Sergeant-at-Arms was seat to inform the absent Sena- On motion of Mr. Henkle, Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, Amendment adopted, bill read the second time, and order- Mr. Stirling moved a call of the Senate. The Sergeant-at-Arms was sent to inform the absent Sena- The Sergeant-at-Arms returned and stated that he had no- Mr. Stephenson, from the Select Committee, reported a bill Which was read the first time. On motion of Mr. Ohr, The Senate took a recess for three-quarters of an hour. On motion of Mr. Mules, MONDAY, January 14, 1867.
