SATURDAY, January 12th, 1867.

Thomas Pratt Townsend, Committee Clerk, appeared, quali-
fied, and entered upon the discharge of his duties.

On motion of Mr. Jump,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Internal Improve-
ments, to report a bill, to apply to a work of Internal Im-
provement in Caroline county, the portion of the fund appor-
tioned to that county by the act of 1860, chapter 303, which
may not have been demanded according to the provisions of
said act.

On motion of Mr. Vickers,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Vickers, Waters and Jump
to report a bill, to repeal the 87, 88 and 89th sections of Ar-
ticle 14, of the Public Local Law of Kent county, title
Drovers.

On motion of Mr; Stephenson, it was

Ordered, That the Committee on Corporations have leave
to report the following bills : a bill to incorporate the Con-
tractors Association; a bill to incorporate the Maryland Indus-
trial Insurance Company; a bill to incorporate the Maryland
American Industrial Agency.

On motion of Mr. Vickers,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Vickerg, Waters and Jump,
