the House of Delegates of Maryland, Annapolis :

Gentlemen .—In pursuance of an order passed by your Hon-
orable Body on the 18th inst., I most respectfully report:

That, on the third Monday of January, 1866, an adjourned
session of a Law Term of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's
county was held for one day.

That, on the third Monday of March, 1866, a regular term
of said court was held by his Honor, Judge Brent, and con-
tinued in session for ten consecutive days, Sundays excepted.

That, on the third Monday of June, 1866, his Honor,
Judge Brent, held an adjourned session of said court for
three days.

That, on the third Monday of November, 1866, a regular
term of said court was held by his Honor, Judge Brent, and
continued in session for eleven consecutive days, Sundays
excepted.

I also beg leave to state that four terms of said court were
open for the transaction of Equity business, viz :
