I, Samuel E. Dyott, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Queen
Anne's county, hereby certify that it appears from the record
and proceedings of the several terms of the Circuit Court, for
Queen Anne's county, held at the Court-house in the town of
Centreville, in and for said county, during the year eighteen
hundred and sixty-sixj that the Honorable John M. Robin-
son, Judge of the said Court, was present and engaged in
the transaction of business at the May (Law) Term thereof,
twenty-two days, and at the November (Law) Term thereof,
eleven days, and at the January (Equity) Term, one day, and
at the July (Equity) Term thereof, four days.

In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my
name and affix the seal of the Circuit Court for
[SEAL.] Queen Anne's county, this 25th day of January
1867.

Body on the 18th of January inst., I hereby transmit a re-
port of the number of days of each term of the Circuit Court
for Talbot county, from the first day of January to the 31st
of December, 1866:
