SIR : In obedience to an order passed by the House of Del-
egates on the 18th inst., I beg leave to report thereto,
through you, as follows, viz :

Four Terms of the Circuit Court for Worcester county were
held during the year 1866, and of the following duration re-
spectively, to wit:

January Term, three days; May Term, eight days; July
Term, one day; October Term, five days; and that each of
said sessions of Court, were held by the Hon. Thomas A.
Spence, Judge of the 12th Judicial Circuit of Maryland.
