To the Honorable the Souse of Delegates of Mart/land :

In obedience to the order of the Honorable the House of
Delegates of the State of Maryland, passed 18th January,
1867, the undersigned, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Somer-
set county, respectfully reports, that the number of days of
the several terms of the Circuit Court for Somerset county,
between the first day of January, 1866, and the 31st day of
December, 1866, in which, the Judge of the said Court has
held sessions thereof or transacted business therein in term,
were as follows, to wit:

January Term, 1866, six days, viz :

Hon. John R. Franklin, Judge, 1 day.
Hon. Thomas A. Spence, 5 "
