The Home of Delegates:

In compliance with an order of your Honorable Body, pass-
ed on Thursday, January 18, 1867, requiring the Clerk of
this Court to report to you on or before the first day of Febru-
ary next, the number of days of each term of the Superior
Court, between the first day of January and the thirty-first
day of December, 1866, inclusive, the Judge of the Superior
Court held sessions and transacted business therein.

I beg leave to submit the following statement, to wit:

From the 1st day of January, 1866, to the 8th of the
same month, being the continuation of the Sep-
tember term 1865, 5 days.
In the January term, 1866, commencing on the 8th
day of the same month, the Court held session as
follows, viz:

In the month of January, 21 days.

" " " May, 11 "

112 days.

Total number of days at January term 1866 107 "
In the! May term, commencing on the second Monday
of May, being the 14th of the same month, the
Court held sessions as follows, to wit:

In the September term, commencing on the second
Monday of September, being the 10th day of the
same month, the Court held sessions as follows,
to wit:
