Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Mu-
tual Life Insurance Company of Allegany county;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Home
Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to which was
referred the bill entitled, an Act to add a new article to the
Code of Public Local Laws, of Queen Anne's county, to build
a new jail for said county and provide means for that purpose;

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to which was
referred the bill entitled, an Act to pay John H. B. Latrobe,
William Schley and John M. Frazier, for legal services;

referred the bill entitled, an Act to pay to Isaac C. W. Powell
and Jas. Ll. Martin, former State's Attorneys for Talbot
county, commissions on a certain sum of money collected by
them and paid into the Treasury of this State;

Hardesty, administrator of George W. Sherwood, deceased,
