SIR:—In compliance with an order passed the House of De-
legates of Maryland the 18th of January, 1867, requiring the
clerks of the several Circuit courts of this State, to report the
attendance of Judges, &c., from the 1st of January 1866, to
the 31st of December, of the same year.

I herewith make the following report, to wit:

May court 1866, Judge Wm. H. Tuck, held court 6 days.

October court 1866, Daniel R. Magruder, held court 6
days.

October adjourned term, held in November, 1866.

Judge Dan'l R. Magruder held court 11 days.

December Chancery term, Dan'l R. .Magruder held courl
1 day.
