GENTLEMEN: In accordance with an order passed by the
House of Delegates, January 18th, 1867, this report is re-
spectfully submitted.

The Criminal Court of Baltimore holds three (3) terms,
yearly, viz: the January term, the May term and the Sep-
tember terra.

The actual sittings of the court in January term 1866, were
77 days.

The actual sittings of the court in May term 1866, were 50
days.

The actual sittings of the court in September term 1866,
were 81 days.
