NEGATIVE. — None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Tome asked leaYe to withdraw from the files of the
Senate the bill to incorporate the Cecil and Harford County
Boom Company.

On motion of Mr. Bowie, it was

Ordered, That when the Senate adjourn to-day it stands
adjourned until Monday at 12, M.

Mr. Henkle moved to reconsider the vote on the order to
adjourn until Monday;

Mr. Davis, of Caroline, moved a call of the Senate.

The Sergeant-at-Arms was sent to inform the absent Sena-
tors that their attendance was required in the Senate Cham-
ber.

On motion of Mr. Bowie,

All further proceedings under the call was dispensed with.
The question recurring upon the motion to reconsider.
On motion of Mr. Davis, of Caroline,

The yeas and nays were demanded and appeared as fol-
lows :
