to which was referred the bill entitled, an act to authorize the
Commissioner of the Land Office, to make such correction in
the courses or outlines of the tract of land in Allegany
county, called Republic, both in the original certificate of
survey and in the patent thereof, as shall make the same cor-
respond with the original plot on file in said office;

Reported it without amendment.

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Yickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to amend the
1st section of the Act passed at January Session, 1860, chap-
ter 303, entitled an Act to carry into effect the 8th section of
the Act entitled, an Act for the promotion of Internal Im-
provements, passed at December Session, 1835, chapter 395;

Reported it without amendment;

Theodore W. Baker, to build a bridge across King's creek, in
