Which was read and adopted.

The bill was then read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading, and

Was accordingly engrossed.

Mr, Stirling moved a call of the Senate.

The Sergeant-at-Arms was sent to inform the absent Sena-
tors that their attendance was required in the Senate cham-
ber.

On motion by Mr. Vickers,

All further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.
Mr. Bowie, by general consent, submitted the following:

Ordered, That the bill to regulate the sale of agricultural
products, be printed.

On motion by Mr. Compton,
The rules were suspended, and

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the President and
Directors of the Chesapeake Mutual Insurance Company of
Baltimore, Maryland,

Was read the third time by special order, three-fourths
concurring, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:

Mr. Stephenson asked and obtained leave to withdraw from
the files of the Senate the memorials and petitions in relation
to the Harford and Cecil Boom bill.

Mr. Frazier submitted the following:

Ordered, That the Senate receive the delegation on the
Sunday law. from the city of Baltimore, to-morrow at 12
o'clock.

Which was read and adopted.
