BY THE SENATE,

January 10th, 1867.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We propose, by the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
to appoint a Joint Committee, consisting of the Committees
on Printing of the Senate, and your Honorable Body; and
that the report of the Comptroller in compliance with the or-
der of the Senate and your Body, upon the subject of the con-
tract system of printing, be referred to said committee; the
committee to report the result of their examination by the
15th instant.
