That the report be printed and that both the majority and Mr. Bowie submitted the following as an amendment: "That the report of the majority of the committee be now Mr. Maddox moved a call of the Senate ; The Sergeat-at-Arms was sent to inform the absent Sena- On motion by Mr. Bowie, The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend- Determined in the affirmative. The question then recurred upon the adoption of the report Determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays as follow:
On motion by Mr. Henkle, Five hundred copies of said report were order to be printed. Ordered, That when the Senate adjourned, it stand ad- The Senate adjourned until to-morrow at 11 o'clock.
