CUMBERLAND, ALLEGANY COUNTY, MD:

December 31st, 1866.
To the Presiding Officer of the

House of Delegates of the State of Maryland :

SIR :—In accordance with the provisions of the 61st section
of the 35th Article of the Maryland Code of Public General
Laws, I herewith transmit the certificate of notices and proof
of the service of the same, and the depositions taken in the
contested election case therein named.
