Mr. Williams proposed the following amendment to the
amendment:

Amend by adding the name of Jasper Y. Bowen of Calvert
county,

Which was adopted.

Mr. Rouzer proposed the following amendment to the
amendment:

Amend by inserting the name of Leonard Moser, Mechan-
icstown District, Frederick county.

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. Calvert,

The resolutions as amended were recommitted to the
Committee on Pensions.

On motion of Mr. Jones,
The rules being suspended,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Turner Avenue Company
of Baltimore county.

On motion of Mr. Hall,
The rules being further suspended,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Oyster and Fruit Packing
Company of Annapolis.

On motion of Mr. Gorsuch,
The rules being yet further suspended,
Leave was granted for the Committee on Ways and Means
to introduce a bill to refund Charls H. Metchum a sum of
money,

On motion of Mr. Knott,
The rules being yet further suspended.,

Leave was granted for the Judiciary Committee to report
a bill to authorize the Librarian to purchase of the publisher
two hundred and fifty copies of the Code of Public Local
Laws and Public General Laws and of the three supplements
