House entitled, an Act to repeal section eight of the Article
thirty of Public General Laws "entitled, "Crimes and Pun-
ishments," and to re-enact the same with amendments, ex-
tending the provisions of said section to Somerset, Allegany,
Washington, Anne Arundel, Frederick, Harford, Prince
George's, Baltimore, Talbot, Caroline, Cecil and Wr < ster
counties.
