land regiments in service of the United States, and also to
repeal sections 4 and 5 of the Act Passed at the January
session, 1865, chapter 33, entitled an Act to provide bounty
for soldiers entering the service of the United States to fill
the quotas of Maryland under the call of the President of
the United States of December 1864, and under future calls,

Also, a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 4 of chapter 3
of the Act of 1865, chapter 160, entitled "School House
Sites," and section one, chapter one, entitled "Sources of in-
come," of the Act of 1865, chapter 160, entitled an Act to
add a new Article to the Code of Public General Laws to be en-
titled "Public Instruction," providing a uniform system of
Free Public Schools for the Stateof Maryland, and to repeal all
existing laws insonsistent therewith, and to re-enact the same
