ing Lodge No. 22, Independent order of Good Templars;
Which were severally read a first time.

Also, reported favorably without amendment the Senate
bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Maryland and New
Tork Steam Transportation Company;

Also, the Senate bill entitled, an Act to reverse and amend
an Act entitled, an Act to incorporate the Queen Anne's and
Kent county Railroad Company, -passed on the eight day of
March, eighteen hundred and fifty-six ;

Which were severally read a second time.

Mr. Knott, Chairman Committee on Internal Improve-
ments, reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to incorpor-
ate the Hancock and Pennsylvania Railroad Company;

Which was read a first time, and

On motion of Mr. Knott,

Was recommitted to Committee on Corporations.

Mr. McCulloh, from Committee on Corporations, reported

favorably, without amendment, the Senate bill'entitled, an

Act for the incorporation of Olive Branch Lodge, number one

hundred and four of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows;

Mr. Rouzer, from a majority of a Select Committee, reported
favorably without amendment, the Senate bill entitled, an Act
for the protection of fish in the Waters of the Monocacy River
and its tributaries, and in the Waters of Catoctin Creek in
Frederick county;

Which were severally read a second time.

Mr. Jump, from Select Committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled, an Act to repeal an Act entitled, an
Act to authorize Mrs. Margaret Sherwood, wife of Hugh
Sherwood, of Talbot county, to close a public road
leading through her lands in said county, passed at the Jan-
uary session of the General Assembly 1864, chapter 323;

Mr. Gore, from Select Committee, reported favorably a bill
entitled, an Act to change the name of Eliza Zeagle of Oar-
roll county, to Eliza Jane Boyle;

Which were severally read a first time.

Mr. Carmichael, from select Committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Queenstown and
Harrington Railroad Company;

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Kerr, Chairman Committee on Printing, made the
following report :
