Leave was granted the Queen Anne's and Caroline county
delegation to report a bill to be entitled, an Act to incorporate
the Harington and Queens Town Railway Company;
Mr. Smith, from Committee on Judiciary, reported favor-
ably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 57, of Article 5,
of the Code of Public General Laws;
Mr. Gorsuch, from Committee on Ways and Means, repor-
ted favorably a bill entitled, an Act to authorize the levy of
a sum of money to support the Free Public Schools of the
State, and to repeal section one, of sub-chapter 160, passed
January session 1865, under the head of Sources of Income,"
and to re-enact the same;
Mr. Nicolai, Chairman of Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the
Maiden's Choice Road;
Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Potomac
Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore;
Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Frederick
county Agjricultural Society;
