Ordered, That the Committee on printing, notify the Prin-
ter to this House, that if the report of the Superintendent of
"Public Instruction," is not furnished to the House on or
before the tenth instant, he will not be allowed for printing
the same, ai it can be of no use to the members after that
date;

Ordered, That the evening sessions of this House hereafter
to be held shall be set apart for the passage of local bills
or such general bills as will not excite discussion, and that
each member shall call up a bill in the regular roll call, and
that the rules shall be considered as suspended for the pur-
pose of giving such a bill all the readings necessary to put
such bill on its final passage.
