Trustees and Receivers;"

Also, a bill entitled, an Act granting the assent of the
Legislature of Maryland to a bequest made in the last will
and testament of Victor Thomson, late of Washington
county, deceased, to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church
of Hagerstown ;

Which were severally read a second time.

On motion of Mr. Stevens.
The rules being suspended,

Leave was granted the Committee on the Judiciary to re-
port a bill legalizing a bequest of Amos Gregory to the
Methodist Episcopal Church of South Baltimore Station and
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Wesley Chapel Sta-
tion, and the Sabbath Schools of said Stations ;

Mr. Nicolai, Chairman Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably a bill entitled an Act to amend the
fourth section of the Act of 1860, chapter 349, entitled, an
Act to incorporate the United Cities Land Company;

Which was read a first time.

Also, reported favorably without amendment the Senate
bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Atlantic Fire and Ma-
rine Insurance Company of Baltimore;

Which was read a second time.

Mr. McCulloh, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Contractors
Association.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Maryland
Industrial Insurance Company.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Central
Maryland Railroad Company.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Board of
Foreign Missions of the First United Presbyterian Congrega-
tion of the city of Baltimore, State of Maryland;

Which were severally read a first time.

Mr. McCulloh, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably without amendment the Senate bill entitled, an
Act to amend the charter of the Cumberland and Somerset
Turnpike Road Company.

Also, the Senate bill entitled, an Act to repeal an Act en-
titled, an Act to incorporate the Miles River Wharf Company,
at Miles river, in Talbot county, passed at January session,
1864, chapter 46.
