The House met and was. opened with prayer by the Rev Present at the call of the roll the following members : Messrs. Miller, Speaker, Morgan, Beck,Welch, Hall, Clarke Mr, Neilson presented a petition to the General Assembly Which was read and referred to the Committee on the Mr. Cameron presented the memorial of Joseph Walker Which was mad and referred to the Committee on Pensions. Mr. Gorsuca presented a remonstrance of forty-six citizens Which wa's read and referred to the Committee on the Mr. Clarke presented a petition of 51 citizens of Maryland, |
