11th article of the Code of Public General Laws, prescribing
an oath for Attorneys at Law, and to prescribe in lieu thereof,
an oath for Attorne'ys at Law;

The bill entitled, an Act for the relief of the securities on
the official bond of John M. Walker, late Notary Public of
the city of Baltimore reported unfavorably from the Commit-
tee on Ways and Means.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore
United Hotel Proprietors Brewing and Malting Company;
The bill entitled, an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne's county, to subscribe in behalf of
said county, to the capital stock of the Queen Anne's and
Kent County Railroad Company, and to repeal chapter 165
of the laws, passed at January session, 1866.
The bill entitled, an Act to add to article 91 of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled, "Sureties," an additional sec-
tion providing for the better protection of the same.
The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 87, relating to
"insurrection," of Article 30, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled, "Crimes and Punishments," and to amend
and re-enact the same and to repeal sub-section 5, relating to
persons conspiring or combining to levy war against this
State, of the Act passed at January session of the General
Assembly, in the year 1862, chapter 235, being an amend-
ment of said article 30, to re-enact the said sub-section with
amendments,

grossed for a third reading.
