Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Frederick
and Pennsylvania Line Railroad Company,

Which was read a first time, ordered to be printed and re-
committed.

Mr. Carmichael, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to authorize
the Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to subscribe in
behalf of said county to the capital stock of the Queen Anne's
and Kent County Railroad Company, and to repeal chapter
165 of the laws passed at January session, 1866.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to change the name of Mary
Elizabeth Lewis, of Baltimore city to Mary Elizabeth
Young;

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to add an additional section
to the 28th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled, County Commissioners, relating to the repair of
Bridges;

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to repeal section four of the
eighty-eighth Article of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled, "Sheriffs," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments;

Which were severally read a first time.

Also, unfavorably on Senate bill entitled, an Act to amend
and re-enact section 268 of Article 93 of Public General Laws,
relating to Registers of Wills;

Which was read a second time.

Also, unfavorably on the leave to introduce a bill entitled,
an Act to repeal section three of Article eighty-five of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled, "Seamen;"

Mr. Rouzer, from Select Committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Par-
sonage belonging to the Mechanicstown charge of the Ger-
man Reformed Church;

Mr. Pitta, from Select Committee, reported favorably a bill
entitled, an Act to incorporate the Atlantic Hotel Company
of Berlin Worcester county;

Mr. McCulloh, from Select Committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 73, 77, 82, 90, 91 and
92 of the Act of 1866, chapter 47, relating to the town of
Frostburg in Allegany county, and re-enact the same with
amendment, and also to add an additional section thereto;

Which were severally read a first time.
