ported favorably the Senate bill entitled, an Act to refund to
L. T. Hyatt a certain sum of money erroneously paid into the
State Treasury.

Also, a bill entitled, an act appropriating a sum of money
to pay the claims of David Plummer and others.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to authorize Gray son Eichel-
berger, State Bounty Commissioner for Frederick county, to
pay Lewis F. Dietrick, administrator of William H. Bowman,
certain bounty.

Mr. Nicolai, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the
Wright Mining Company of Allegany county.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to amend the charter of the
Powhatan Tribe No. 5 of Improved Order of Red Men of
Baltimore city.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to give the assent of the Legis-
lature to a deed conveying certain real estate in Washington
county to certain parties for the use of the German Reformed
Church of the town of Clearspring in said county.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate and to make
a turnpike road from the town of Lietersbnrg to the town of
Smithsburg in Washington county.

Also, a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Franklin
Manufacturing Company of Wetheredsville.

Also, a bill entitled,"an Act to incorporate the town of
Lutherville, Baltimore county.

Also, a bill entitled, an act to amend and alter the charter
of the city of Annapolis.
