88, and 89 of Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Kent county, title "drovers."
Also, the Senate bill entitled, an Act to authorize the
County Commissioner of Kent county, to convey to John
Haddaway and others of said county, a portion of a landing
on Chester river in Quaker Neck;

without amendment the Senate bill entitled, an Act requiring
the County Commissioners of Prince George's county to con-
struct a bridge across the Eastern Branch at Bladensbarg on
the turnpike leading to Washington, and authorizing them
to levy a sum therefor;

Mr. Brydon, from Select Committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 23 of the 1st Article of
the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Allegany county,
as amended and re-enacted by the Act of 1864, chapter 121,
section 1, and to amend and re-enact the said section.
Mr. Aydelott, from Select Committee, reported favorably a
bill entitled, an Act to confirm the title of Worcester county,
to the public road, leading from the village of Sandy Hill,
to Parker's Bay in said county, and the wharf at said bay.
Mr. McCulloh, from Select committee, reported favorably
a bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Mayor and Council-
men of the city of Cumberland, to establish and enforce an
inspection and measurement of gas and gasometres in the
city of Cumberland;

Mr. Dawson, from Committee on Registration, reported fa-
vorably with proposed amendments, the bill entitled, an Act
to repeal the Act of 1865, chapter 174, entitled, an Act re-
