The rules being suspended,

Ordered, That Mr. Wilson have leave of absence until
Tuesday morning to visit his family.

On motion of Mr. Rouzer, '

Leave was granted the Frederick County delegation to re-
port a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the
Parsonage belonging to the Mechanicstown Charge, German
Reformed Church;

On motion of Mr. Brydon,

Leave was granted the Committee on Corporations to report
a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Mechanics Dime
Bank of Cumberland, Maryland ;

Also, leave was granted the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Mutual Coal
and Iron Company.

On motion of Mr. Bamford.

Leave was granted the Committee on Claims to report a
bill entitled, an Act to provide for the payment of an addi-
tional bounty to all soldiers and sailors who enlisted between
the 19th of April, 1861, and December 29th 1863.

On motion of Mr. Knott,

Leave was granted the Committee on Corporations to report
a bill to incorporate the Potomac Fire Insurance Company of
Baltimore city.

On motion of Mr. Lindsey,

Leave was granted the Cecil County delegation to intro-
duce a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate Harmony Lodge
No. 63 of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons.

On motion of Mr. Bamford,
(The rules being suspended,)

Ordered, That Mr. Bishop have leave of absence until
Tuesday of next week to enable him to attend to private bus-
iness, requiring immediate attention.

Mr. Linthicum, (the rules being suspended,) presented a
petition of citizens of Middletown, Frederick county, praying
the passage of an Act taxing citizens of Pennsylvania, trad-
ing in this State;

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Ways
and Means.

Mr. Pitts presented the memorial of the Commissioners of
the Pocomoke River Fund, in Worcester county, praying that
