Mr. Boswell, from the Committee on Corporations, made a
favorable majority report upon the bill entitled, an Act to
incorporate the Baltimore and Hall's Spring Railway Com-
pany ;

Mr. Carmichael, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal sec-
tions 151, 152, 153 and 154 of Article 4, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws entitled, "Coroners and Inquests in the city of
Baltimore;"

Mr. Boswell, from the Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 10 of Arti-
cle 26 of the Code of Public General Laws entitled, "Corpo-
rations;

Which were severally read a first time.

Mr. Magruder, Chairman of the Committee on Inspections,
made the following report:

Also, reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal
sub-section 5 of chapter 194 of Laws of Maryland, passed at
January session, 1865, entitled, an Act to repeal and re-enact
sections 5, 26 and 27 of an Act passed at January session,
1864, chapter 346, entitled, an Act to amend Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the leasing of the
State Tobacco Warehouses and the inspection of tobacco, and
to re-enact the same; also, to repeal sections 9, 11, 12, 15,
17, IS, 19, 22, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of chapter 346 of Laws of
Maryland, passed at January session, 1864, and to re-enact
the same with amendments; and to annex additional sections
to come in after section 50 of said Act;

Mr. Smith, from the Committee on the Judiciary, reported
favorably a bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 806, 807,
808, 809, 810, 811, 812,' 813, 814, 815, 816, 817, 818, 819,
820, 821 and 822 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of the city of Baltimore, and the additional articles
adopted by the Act of the General Assembly, passed at the
session of 1860, chapter 6; the additional sections adopted
by the Act of the General Assembly, at the session of 1860,
chapter 46; the additional sections adopted by the Act of the
General Assembly, passed at the session of 1864, chapter 42 ;
the additional sections adopted by the Act of the same ses-
sion of 1864, chapter 244, and the 3rd section of the Act of
the session of'1865, chapter 46, for the establishment of a
police force for the city of Baltimore, and to re-enact with
amendments.
