county are hereby respectfully requested to report to this
House the indebtedness of the said county and for what pur-
poses. And also, the availabilities of the said county and
trom what sources those availabilities may be realized. Also,
what assets or property belong to said county, and whether
or not the Commissioners of said county have the power to
dispose of or sell the assets or property of the said county,
with a view to pay the debts of said county.
